▸ Location not working? Tap for help enabling permissions

When you tap Report Noise, your browser should ask permission to use your location. If you don't see a prompt, or you accidentally blocked it, here's how to enable it:

iPhone — Safari
  1. Open SettingsAppsSafariLocation and set to Ask or Allow.
  2. Also check SettingsPrivacy & SecurityLocation Services is ON, and Safari is allowed.
  3. Reload this page and tap Report Noise again.
iPhone — Chrome
  1. SettingsPrivacy & SecurityLocation Services → ON.
  2. Find Chrome in that list → set to While Using.
  3. Reload and try again.
Android — Chrome
  1. Tap the menu → SettingsSite settingsLocation → ensure it's allowed.
  2. Or tap the 🔒 / ⓘ icon left of the address bar → PermissionsLocation → Allow.
  3. Make sure phone SettingsLocation is ON.
  4. Reload and try again.
Desktop — Chrome / Edge / Safari
  1. Click the 🔒 / ⓘ icon to the left of the address bar.
  2. Find Location and set it to Allow.
  3. Reload the page and tap Report Noise.

Note: location only works on pages served over https://. Accuracy depends on your device — phones with GPS are far more precise than laptops, which estimate from Wi-Fi/network.
